Rabbi Bulka Awards
In celebration of the man, whose inspiring leadership and unselfish dedication to this community has so significantly improved the lives of cancer patients and their families, the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation established the Rabbi Reuven Bulka Award in 2005.
Each year, individuals who make outstanding contributions to cancer care and research in Eastern Ontario, are recognized and celebrated through the granting of this prestigious award.
