Host Your Own Event!

Hosting your own fundraising event is a great way to raise money in support of the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation, and we’re here to help you reach your goals.

Here’s how to get started:

Step 1:

Decide what type of fundraiser you want to host. There are so many different ideas to choose from – anything from a hair-cutting campaign to a bake sale, golf tournament or fashion show!

Step 2:

Contact us! Complete the Event Registration Form below. Upon request, we will send you our Community Event Tool-Kit which has everything you need to host your fundraising event – from how-to guides to helpful resources and templates to help you plan and execute your event. We will support and guide you every step of the way.

Step 3:

Organize, plan and spread the word. We also encourage you to set up an online fundraising page with the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation where you can post information about your event and accept online donations (which will automatically generate an income tax receipt!)

Step 4:

Host your event!
