At the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation, we want to make sure that we continue to truly understand the experience of all families facing cancer, so we can stay focused on what matters to you.
With that in mind, we launched our experience registry and invite you to participate in the conversation.
If you are 18 years of age or older and have ever received a cancer diagnosis or cared for someone diagnosed with cancer, we need to hear from you. Please help us better understand the needs of cancer survivors and their families. Help us better understand the impact of cancer in our community. Share your experience today to help those who will be facing cancer tomorrow.
Joining is easy. This confidential, anonymous survey will ask questions about your experience with cancer. Your answers will be instrumental in shaping the future of community cancer care in our region. Sign up for the registry today, spread the word and encourage others to share their experience as well.

Why is the What Matters to You Registry important? How will my responses be used?
The Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation is a leader in the community in providing local residents with increased access to person-centered care through Cancer Coaching. As we continue to offer this service to people in our community, it is important that we truly understand the experiences of families facing cancer. The What Matters to You Project is an effort to learn more about the needs of cancer patients, survivors and their families. Your confidential and anonymous responses will help us update our understanding of the social, emotional, and financial challenges of those affected by cancer. The information from this project will be used to raise awareness of these challenges, and will be instrumental in shaping the future of community cancer care, and ultimately improve the long-term quality of life of people impacted by cancer in Eastern Ontario.
Why are my answers important?
Each person and each family’s experience with cancer is unique. We would like to hear from as many people as possible to ensure we understand the many needs of families facing cancer, and become aware of any currently unmet needs.
