Berry Green Smoothie

Serves: 2


1 cup frozen mixed berries

¾ cup baby spinach

1 small banana

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp ground flaxseed

1 cup liquid of choice


  1. Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass, serve with a straw and enjoy!

Make this recipe your own and substitute the ingredients with your favourite leafy greens and fruits! Try adding in natural almond or peanut butter for a nutty flavour.
