Chocolate Overnight Oats


Serves: 1



½ cup rolled oats

½ cup milk of choice

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp cocoa powder

1 tbsp maple syrup

Toppings: fruit, nuts, seeds of choice



  1. Mix all ingredients, other than toppings, in a glass jar until combined.
  2. Seal jar and store in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Enjoy oats the next morning topped with your favourite fruit, nuts or seeds!
