½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp maple syrup
Toppings: fruit, nuts, seeds of choice
- Mix all ingredients, other than toppings, in a glass jar until combined.
- Seal jar and store in refrigerator overnight.
- Enjoy oats the next morning topped with your favourite fruit, nuts or seeds!
