With less than 100 calories per serving, this light chocolate-y treat is the perfect dessert to share with your loved ones!
1 package (300 g) soft tofu
2½ tbsp pure maple syrup
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp cornstarch
- Combine soft tofu, maple syrup, cocoa powder and corn starch in blender. Blend until you obtain a smooth consistency.
- Divide in four individual bowls and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
- Top with fresh berries, shaved chocolate and pumpkin seeds. Enjoy with your loved ones!
