This fresh mango salsa will have you reaching for more (or at least that was my experience!)
It adds a splash of fresh flavour to meals and snacks whether you pair it with salmon, chicken, crunchy whole grain chips or use it as a salad topper.
The options are endless!
1 large mango, peeled and diced
⅔ cup red bell pepper, minced
½ cup red onion, minced
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
2 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
2 tbsp fresh cilantro, minced
1 tsp olive oil
¼ tsp ground cumin
- Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- Enjoy mango salsa with whole grain chips, seafood, chicken or as a salad topper!
