Morning Glory Smoothie


Refreshing and revitalizing! This smoothie will give you the glow and glory you need

on those early mornings.


Serves: 2



2 medium oranges, peeled

2 carrots, washed, peeled, chopped

1 frozen banana

¼ cup plain Greek yogurt

1 cup milk of choice

1 ½ tbsp ground flaxseed



  1. Place ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
