PB & J Overnight Oats




Serves: 1



½ cup rolled oats

½ cup milk of choice

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

1 ½ tbsp natural peanut butter

½ – 1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Toppings: ½ cup fresh raspberries or fruit of choice, 2 tbsp nuts or seeds of choice




  1. Mix all ingredients, other than preferred toppings, in a glass mason jar until combined.
  2. Seal jar and store in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Enjoy oats the next morning topped with fresh raspberries or toppings of choice!
