½ cup rolled oats
½ cup milk of choice
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1 ½ tbsp natural peanut butter
½ – 1 scoop protein powder (optional)
Toppings: ½ cup fresh raspberries or fruit of choice, 2 tbsp nuts or seeds of choice
- Mix all ingredients, other than preferred toppings, in a glass mason jar until combined.
- Seal jar and store in refrigerator overnight.
- Enjoy oats the next morning topped with fresh raspberries or toppings of choice!
