Tzatziki Dip

Serves: 6


1 cup plain Greek yogurt

1 lemon, juiced

1 garlic clove, minced or 1 tsp garlic powder

½ cup cucumber, diced

¼ cup fresh dill

¼ tsp black pepper


  1. Place all ingredients into a medium bowl and mix until well combined.
  2. Refrigerate for 30 mins before serving. Enjoy with chicken, fish, veggies or whole grain pita.
