Elevate your next corporate function by booking the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation’s Maplesoft-Jones Centre at 1500 Alta Vista Drive. The beautiful surroundings of the venue will offer your guests the opportunity to get away from their regular office routine.

100% of your purchase goes toward providing complimentary patient support to families in our community. We like to call it a purchase with a purpose.

 

Our Space Rental Package offers:

  • Flexible meeting spaces for 10 to 50 guests
  • Monday to Friday availability
  • Access to complimentary Wi-Fi
  • Onsite parking for up to 20 vehicles
  • Presentation materials: Computer, screen, flip charts, podium, etc.
  • Space will be available for rental starting June 1st, 2022.

  • PLEASE NOTE: There is a fee for use of the space. The fee must be paid in order to confirm your booking. No refunds will be granted if the booking is cancelled, however an alternate date can be secured at no additional cost. By filling out this form your request is not guaranteed. Once payment has been received your request will be confirmed via email.
