NEW! Program for Prostate Cancer Survivors

Are you or is someone you know facing prostate cancer?

If so, you’ll be interested in knowing that the Ottawa Regional Cancer Foundation has partnered with TrueNTH Lifestyle Management to help men with prostate cancer move more, eat well, and feel better.

Unique to Ottawa, the 12-week exercise program will be offered free of charge for prostate cancer survivors, and is designed specifically to address their health and treatment-related concerns. If you are not already a client at the Cancer Foundation, you will also have access to free one-on-one Cancer Coaching support while participating in the program as a way to help you with this lifestyle change, or with any other needs you may have.

The program begins January 24th, and will run Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1 to 2 pm until April 13th, 2017, here at the Cancer Foundation’s Maplesoft Centre (1500 Alta Vista Drive).
